THE ZL1 SPEED SHOP HAS TESTED ITS CUSTOM ROTATE KITS FOR DECADES IN ENGINES RANGING FROM YOUR TYPICAL 400-600HP STREET ENGINE TO TWIN TURBO CHARGED HIGH COMPRESSION RACE ENGINES THAT RUN ON EXOTIC FUELS AND THAT ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING 2000+HP.

YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH OUR CUSTOM ROTATE KITS.  WE DO NOT JUST UPGRADE ON ITEM SUCH AS THE PISTON FOR STRENGTH AND THEN FORGET TO UPGRADE THE WRIST PIN AND/OR CONNECTING ROD ETC. ALL OF OUR KITS ARE DESIGNED FOR YOUR EXACT INTENDED USE, RPM, AND POWER LEVELS: FROM THE WRIST PINS DOWN TO THE RINGS.

YOU MAY CHOOSE ANY BORE SIZE, STATIC COMPRESSION RATIO, VALVE ANGLE FOR VALVE RELIEF, CRANK STROKE, ROD LENGTH, ETC.  THIS IS NOT A GENERIC THROW-TOGETHER KIT. THIS KIT IS RATED TO AT LEAST 1500HP WITH CORRECT ASSEMBLY AND TUNING AND INCLUDES UPGRADES SUCH AS CHROMIUM NITRIDE COATED OR GAS NITRIDED STAINLESS TOP RINGS SET WITH NAPIER HOOK SECOND RING, UPGRADED SEVERE DUTY STEEL THICK WALL WRIST PIN, UPGRADED HEAVY BEAM BILLET CONNECTING ROD WITH UPGRADED 7/16 ARP RPD BOLT, SEVERE DUTY 2618 ALLOY FORGED PISTONS WITH ADEQUATE CROWN THICKNESS AND RING LAND THICKNESSES, AND THERMAL COATED TRI-METAL ROD AND MAIN BEARINGS.

NOTE:  SHIPPING TIME WILL RANGE FROM A FEW BUSINESS DAYS TO SEVERAL WEEKS DEPENDING ON AVAILABLITLY AND SIZING YOU CALL OUT.
